You can have guests stay over at your iQ accommodation, but please be respectful of your fellow residents and the property. Overnight guests can only stay in your own room and for no more than 3 nights within a 7 day period. Please let your flatmates know when you have a guest staying over and sign them in at reception. You are also responsible for their behavior.

You can move out of your iQ accommodation, but you will still be liable for rent payments until the end of your fixed-term tenancy agreement.

If you have possessions that you do not want to take home with you, we can store them for you for a short period of time. Please ask our Reception team for more information.

You can move in on the same day mentioned in your tenancy agreement.

You should bring your bedding, toiletries, hangers, and kitchen utensils.

In most cases, laundry facilities are provided on-site; if not, then you can use IQ’s partners, which include laundry and dry cleaning providers which even offer pickup and delivery.

IQ is all about community spirit; this is why they host various fun events to bring the residents together. These include yoga classes and even food-tasting events.
