<ul style=""><li dir="ltr" style="">When rent is due:<ul style=""><li dir="ltr">Instalments: 14 days before the contract start date</li><li dir="ltr">Full payment: by 1st August, before the contract start date</li><li dir="ltr">Rent must be fully paid before moving in</li></ul></li><li dir="ltr" style="">Communication requirement: &nbsp;Students must inform the Property Manager early if they have difficulty paying on time to avoid issues.</li><li dir="ltr" style="">Deferred payment option (only if approved):<ul style=""><li dir="ltr" style="">Must be agreed by the Property Manager with supporting evidence (e.g., loan schedule)</li><li dir="ltr" style="">Standard minimum upfront payment: 2 weeks’ rent before move-in</li><li dir="ltr" style="">Exception (Brayford Quay, Lincoln): 4 weeks’ rent before move-in</li><li dir="ltr" style="">£50 admin fee applies for setting up a deferral and must be paid before move-in </li></ul></li></ul>

Payment Terms

Where can I find the full termination policy? It is available in the booking section and on the documents page. You must read and understand it before confirming your booking. Can I cancel within the initial period? Yes. You may cancel within 7 days of accepting the offer or paying the deposit (whichever occurs first), provided you have not moved into the property. If eligible, your security deposit will be refunded in full. How long does it take to receive the deposit refund? Refunds are normally processed within 28 working days of cancellation. If the deposit has already been secured with a third-party protection scheme, the refund may take up to 60 days due to the scheme’s processing time. In this case, the refund will be issued directly by the scheme and may require a repayment reference provided by them. The landlord cannot influence or speed up this process. Deposits are legally required to be protected in a third-party scheme. What happens if I cancel after the 7-day initial period? You remain liable for rent on a weekly basis, including any part-week, until the room is re-let. When will I be released from the agreement after late cancellation? You will only be released once the room has been successfully re-let and any required release payment or fees have been paid. The above cancellation policy is a synopsis of the property’s cancellation policy. There could be a few changes incorporated from time to time. Hence, we recommend you review the full Accommodation Contract for a comprehensive understanding of their cancellation policies.

I’ve found Trinity to be a great place to live, the location is convenient and close to anything you could need. The staff are all kind and helpful - any issues are always resolved quickly with little fuss. As well as this, my room and kitchen are well furnished with all the essentials which is always a bonus

My stay at Trinity Student has been quite decent overall. The room is comfortable, but the highlight is definitely the reception team—they are incredibly friendly and helpful. Also, maintenance is impressive; any repairs I reported were fixed very quickly. A reliable choice for students.

The student accommodation has been fantastic! The rooms are bright, cozy, and well-furnished, making it easy to feel at home. The communal spaces are vibrant and perfect for meeting new friends or getting some group study done. Location-wise, it’s super convenient with quick access to campus and nearby shops. I’ve had an amazing experience living in the student accommodation. The rooms are bright, comfortable, and perfectly sized for everything I need. The facilities are modern and kept very clean, which makes daily life so much easier. I love the friendly atmosphere in the communal areas — it’s a great place to meet new people and make friends. The location is super convenient, just a short walk from campus and local shops. Plus, the staff are always helpful and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. I've lived here since I started Uni and will live here until I leave! I absolutely love it here, the staff (especially Liam and Cynthia) are lovely and are always willing to help! Maintenance are always quick with fixing things and do a good job! It is definitely home away from home, I really recommend living here!
