Payment Terms

Where can I find the full termination policy? It is available in the booking section and on the documents page. You must read and understand it before confirming your booking. Can I cancel within the initial period? Yes. You may cancel within 7 days of accepting the offer or paying the deposit (whichever occurs first), provided you have not moved into the property. If eligible, your security deposit will be refunded in full. How long does it take to receive the deposit refund? Refunds are normally processed within 28 working days of cancellation. If the deposit has already been secured with a third-party protection scheme, the refund may take up to 60 days due to the scheme’s processing time. In this case, the refund will be issued directly by the scheme and may require a repayment reference provided by them. The landlord cannot influence or speed up this process. Deposits are legally required to be protected in a third-party scheme. What happens if I cancel after the 7-day initial period? You remain liable for rent on a weekly basis, including any part-week, until the room is re-let. When will I be released from the agreement after late cancellation? You will only be released once the room has been successfully re-let and any required release payment or fees have been paid. The above cancellation policy is a synopsis of the property’s cancellation policy. There could be a few changes incorporated from time to time. Hence, we recommend you review the full Accommodation Contract for a comprehensive understanding of their cancellation policies.

Fraser studios have nice flats, good location, so many interesting activities and friendly reception?

Very nice accomodation very close to useful amenities and university. Reception staff are very friendly and helpful, free gym membership.

Coming all the way from Nigeria to Aberdeen, all I needed was a safe, neat and an academic friendly environment to stay. Fraser studios met with those expectations of mine. In addition, the welfare from the management is second to none. I have lived in Fraser studios for about 8 months and I can tell you for free that the Staff members are attentive to the wellbeing of all occupants. I will definitely recommend fraser studios to any student coming into Aberdeen. I remain your one and humble Stevo!
