Payment Terms

Where can I find the full termination policy? It is available in the booking section and on the documents page. You must read and understand it before confirming your booking. Can I cancel within the initial period? Yes. You may cancel within 7 days of accepting the offer or paying the deposit (whichever occurs first), provided you have not moved into the property. If eligible, your security deposit will be refunded in full. How long does it take to receive the deposit refund? Refunds are normally processed within 28 working days of cancellation. If the deposit has already been secured with a third-party protection scheme, the refund may take up to 60 days due to the scheme’s processing time. In this case, the refund will be issued directly by the scheme and may require a repayment reference provided by them. The landlord cannot influence or speed up this process. Deposits are legally required to be protected in a third-party scheme. What happens if I cancel after the 7-day initial period? You remain liable for rent on a weekly basis, including any part-week, until the room is re-let. When will I be released from the agreement after late cancellation? You will only be released once the room has been successfully re-let and any required release payment or fees have been paid. The above cancellation policy is a synopsis of the property’s cancellation policy. There could be a few changes incorporated from time to time. Hence, we recommend you review the full Accommodation Contract for a comprehensive understanding of their cancellation policies.

Staying at Glasshouse Accommodation has been a really nice experience for me. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and feel like a proper home away from home. The location is also very convenient, especially as a student, with shops, transport, and the university all close by. What I liked most was how friendly and helpful the staff were—they were always quick to help whenever I needed anything. The place feels safe, welcoming, and easy to settle into. Overall, I’ve really enjoyed living here and would happily recommend it to other students.

I've stayed at the Glasshouse for nearly 6 months and I've really enjoyed my stay. The staff are really friendly and do their best to organise great events every month. The location is perfect and the common area is a great place to hang out. I especially loved the cinema room. Would recommend this accommodation!

We had a tour around by Marie. Marie was very informative and told us everything we needed to know and was very professional, but relaxed. The Glasshouse seems a top place to be a student, as its close to all amenities. The Glasshouse was clean and had plenty going on. So much that we have provisionally enrolled into the accommodation.
Jessica dealt with all emails and booking the tour etc. Jessica was very prompt and thorough in getting back to us. Everything was very satisfactory and I would recommend dealing with the Glasshouse.

I’ve been staying at The Glasshouse since September 17th, 2024, and overall, my experience has been excellent. The property offers a great balance of comfort, convenience, and community, which is especially important for students and professionals.

The location is ideal—close to the city centre, universities, and transport links, making it easy to get around Nottingham. There are plenty of shops, supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants within walking distance, which have made day-to-day life very convenient.

My accommodation itself has been clean, modern, and well-maintained. The facilities, including the communal areas, laundry room, and study spaces, are all in good condition and regularly cleaned. I’ve appreciated the secure entry system and the friendly on-site team who are always ready to help with any issues promptly and professionally.

What stands out most is the sense of community here. The management organises events and activities that make it easier to meet other residents and feel at home, even if you’re new to Nottingham.

Overall, I highly recommend The Glasshouse to anyone looking for a comfortable and reliable place to live in the city. My stay has been smooth and enjoyable, and I’m glad I chose this property.

I’ve been living at Glasshouse since January and it’s been such an easy, comfortable place to settle into.
This week (no classes, just assignments), I finally joined some of the activities; and honestly, I wish I’d done it sooner. Free food, games with prizes, wellness sessions… plus it’s a fun way to meet other friends!
Repairs get sorted quickly, and the reception team are always kind and easy to talk to.
Glasshouse feels more like a caring community than just student housing.
