Location

To finalise the move-in process, the initial rental payment and the security deposit must be received as cleared funds at least one business day before the tenancy starts. Please note that contracts will not be formally executed until these specific payments are confirmed.Initial Rent CalculationThe amount due for the first month depends on the move-in date:<ul><li dir="ltr">Move-in on or before the 15th: Payment covers the remaining days of the current month. This is calculated by dividing the total annual rent by 365 and multiplying it by the days left in the month.</li><li dir="ltr">Move-in on or after the 16th: Payment must include the pro-rated amount for the current month (calculated as above) plus the full rent for the following month.</li></ul>Security DepositThe deposit is equivalent to five weeks’ rent. To comply with regulations, the tenant must transfer these funds directly; payments from third parties are not accepted.&nbsp;Once paid, the funds are held securely by the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (Custodial).Payment Due DatesRent is due on the 1st of each month, per the Tenancy Agreement, via standing order.For joint tenancies, residents must designate one individual to handle the payment; multiple-account payments may trigger extra fees.

This is an awesome place to stay for my first year of uni! Staff are polite and helpful! Of course you can’t expect a 5 star hotel like some students in the  reviews seem to expect but for uni it’s all you need!

Great place to stay whilst studying. Security is on the ball and keep things sweet, you know your stuff is safe and things dont get out of hand at night. Had no issues but staff are really pleasant and approachable.

Bournemouth was always needing something different to offer to student living and Skyline does just that!
It’s always clean and tidy, and the staff are fantastic & friendly. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to study in Bournemouth.

I loved my time at Skyline! It's a beautiful modern building, right in the middle of town, the team there are great and there's loads going on! Perfect introduction to life in Bournemouth.

Hard to find a place like this that can keep you safe and provide great accommodation.
Staff are friendly and although I have had no issues With the room I know that if I did they would sort it with no problems.
Covid has been really tough but the building is always cleaned thoroughly and I didn’t feel at risk here especially as I have asthma, I was definitely looked after .
Location is spot on as well  , always a bonus .
