Payment Terms

Where can I find the full termination policy? It is available in the booking section and on the documents page. You must read and understand it before confirming your booking.Can I cancel within the initial period? Yes. You may cancel within 7 days of accepting the offer or paying the deposit (whichever occurs first), provided you have not moved into the property. If eligible, your security deposit will be refunded in full.How long does it take to receive the deposit refund? Refunds are normally processed within 28 working days of cancellation. If the deposit has already been secured with a third-party protection scheme, the refund may take up to 60 days due to the scheme’s processing time. In this case, the refund will be issued directly by the scheme and may require a repayment reference provided by them. The landlord cannot influence or speed up this process. Deposits are legally required to be protected in a third-party scheme.What happens if I cancel after the 7-day initial period? You remain liable for rent on a weekly basis, including any part-week, until the room is re-let.When will I be released from the agreement after late cancellation? You will only be released once the room has been successfully re-let and any required release payment or fees have been paid.The above cancellation policy is a synopsis of the property’s cancellation policy. Aspen

Aspen is the best student accommodation to live in Dublin. From fab interiors to super warm staff members it’ll feel like a second home to you. I couldn’t have asked for a better accommodation to live in Dublin. With all amenities being at a stone throw distance you’d never want to leave. ❤️

I stayed in Aspen for 1 month and the staff members couldn't be better with me. They were all nice to me by giving me advice about the area and helping me with my course, they make you feel like you are at home. There are also a variety of nationalities and everyone makes you feel welcome.
You have everything you need in the place, such as a study room, cinema room, pool table, gym and a lovely roof area, and it's all included in the price.
You are also pretty close by bus to all the main Universities, and you also have a parking area around the place.
I recommend this place a 100%

I am very happy that I found Aspen. The building is very modern, clean, and has many amenities including a gym, study areas and common areas. A few steps from the building is Lidl. Staff is very nice and always ready to help. I would definitely choose Aspen again. I highly recommend living here, it's very nice and friendly! :)

Aspen is beautifully modern and relaxed. It has fantastic facilities and is located right next to Lidl. Staff are so friendly, approachable and helpful! Would highly recommend for students studying anywhere, as there is a bus stop located 30 seconds across the road which brings you directly to the city centre.

The best student accommodation I have come across by far.
Only student accommodation with a dedicated roof top for student recreational activities.

The accommodation is huge and aesthetically appeasing with as huge a size of LIDL store 10 steps across, talk about comfort!!

Rooms are designed as per the needs of students giving them their own private space and communal spaces as well to socialize.

If you're a student at Dublin City University then Aspen is the best place you could spend your time living and chilling while completing your degree.
