At lease signing, the following payments are required with the lease:

• Move-in Fee
• First 4 weeks’ rent
• Last 4 weeks’ rent

Before Start Date

• A refundable security deposit equal to 4 weeks’ rent must be paid no later than 1 week prior to the start date.

After Start Date

• Rent is due every 4 weeks.
• The first ongoing rent payment is due 4 weeks after the start date.
• Payments continue on this 4-week schedule until the reservation has been paid in full.

The above payment policy is a synopsis of the property’s payment policy. There could be a few changes incorporated from time to time. Hence, we recommend you review the full Accommodation Contract for a comprehensive understanding of their payment policies.

1. Pre-Start Date

• The Move-in Fee is non-refundable.
• The first 4 weeks of rent are non-refundable.
• If less than 60 days’ notice is given, the last 4 weeks of rent are also non-refundable.

2. From the Start Date Onwards

• From the lease start date, residents are responsible for the Total Rent as listed in the top section of the lease.
