Payment Terms

Where can I find the full termination policy? It is available in the booking section and on the documents page. You must read and understand it before confirming your booking. Can I cancel within the initial period? Yes. You may cancel within 7 days of accepting the offer or paying the deposit (whichever occurs first), provided you have not moved into the property. If eligible, your security deposit will be refunded in full. How long does it take to receive the deposit refund? Refunds are normally processed within 28 working days of cancellation. If the deposit has already been secured with a third-party protection scheme, the refund may take up to 60 days due to the scheme’s processing time. In this case, the refund will be issued directly by the scheme and may require a repayment reference provided by them. The landlord cannot influence or speed up this process. Deposits are legally required to be protected in a third-party scheme. What happens if I cancel after the 7-day initial period? You remain liable for rent on a weekly basis, including any part-week, until the room is re-let. When will I be released from the agreement after late cancellation? You will only be released once the room has been successfully re-let and any required release payment or fees have been paid. The above cancellation policy is a synopsis of the property’s cancellation policy. There could be a few changes incorporated from time to time. Had a comfortable stay during my first year. Emlyn, Alison, Yan were very friendly members of staff.

Im almost completing my term (10 months) here so i can give the true review.
I opted for a bronze flat (5 seater) and the experience was quite good. I got good flatmates to live with, some can be a bit troublesome but having a talk in a constructive way will surely help. Otherwise you can involve the management to deal with them.
The rent is comparatively very reasonable here for students and the quality and quantity you get is also decent.
As im still giving it a 4 star (4.5 stars is not an option) because in the beginning students faced some problem like fire alarms getting off every 5 days and common room was not maintained efficiently (like if something go missing, it will not be there for a while).
However, its been better in the second half. And also the Nottingham Square is transferred to Student  Castle group from The Homes for Student, so maybe they'll able to provide a 5 star experience with a more efficient team and management.

Lovely home to stay in, very pretty with great facilities and helpful staff. Just around the corner from Nottingham Trent Uni and a great location to get to different parts of the city easily. 10/10, will be coming back next year!
