At least one guest must be aged 18 or over.
For the Leeds Headingley property, the lead guest must be aged 25 or over.

Identification may be requested to verify a guest's age and/or payment method.
What happens if I do not meet the check-in requirements?
If you cannot satisfy the check-in requirements and are refused entry, the charge for the first night's accommodation will still apply.
