Can rent be deferred with student finance? Yes, but only if you provide official proof of your loan (amount and payment dates). Without proof, deferment will not be allowed. How can I pay rent? Payment methods include:<ul><li dir="ltr">Direct debit (UK bank account required)</li><li dir="ltr">Online payment via Students/Mangopay (fees must be covered)</li><li dir="ltr">Card payment by phone or at reception after check-in </li></ul>How does student finance deferment work? If approved, rent payments are adjusted to match your student loan payment dates. How do I apply for deferment? Email proof of student finance and your property details. Payment Terms

How do I cancel my contract? You must request cancellation in writing by email to the address in your contract. Standard terms and conditions apply. What happens if I cancel before moving in?<ul><li dir="ltr">£75 cancellation fee (may be taken from your deposit)</li><li dir="ltr">You must find a suitable replacement tenant</li><li dir="ltr">Assistance may be provided only if the property is fully occupied and is not guaranteed</li><li dir="ltr">You remain liable for rent until a replacement tenant is secured</li><li dir="ltr">Refunds are only paid after the replacement tenant completes all requirements </li></ul>What happens if I cancel after moving in? Currently staying at Hockley Point. Great central location, comfortable room, and friendly staff. Very convenient for student life in Nottingham. Would recommend highly.

Had a great experience n got an opportunity to meet new people. Andrew and staff are very helpfull. I've locked myselves out a lot of times; but everytime they've helped me without any complains. Everyone is very polite and support. Lovely accommodation to stay.

Really good accommodation. Good value for money. The manager Andrew is a credit to the business always have our best interest at heart.

This is a lovely apartment - well maintained , comfortable, and offers a very flexible payment plan
