No exception can be made for financial hardship, academic changes, family matters, medical issues, roommate conflict or any other reason. If you did want to terminate your contract, you’d have to find someone who is new to our system, willing to sign at the same rate or higher, and sign and qualify on their own. As unless you go through the process of Mutual Termination, you will remain financially responsible for the terms of the housing agreement.

I’m a resident at Redpoint Tallahassee and I’m also in the military so I’ve had to be away from home for a few month, and during my time away i had a few technical issue’s online with my rent payments. I’ve called Redpoint management on 3 separate occasions and they’ve always been super helpful in helping me figure everything out. I really appreciate all the help Manager Trent has been these past 2 months. Redpoint is a great place to live and has great management.

I went to get an apartment tour and Kemison Bacon showed us around. Definitely considering moving in for next year! Really appreciate Kemison answering all our questions and being so helpful!

I have been living here for 2 years now and I love it! The staff is great and super helpful especially Tommy! He always has a smile on his face and ready to help all residents.

Came into the office for a tour. Mia was out front and showed me around. At the end of the tour I got a bunch of sweet merch. Now I’m a resident! Definitely recommend anyone to come and see this place.

Wow. All I can say is that I am consistently amazed by the service offered by Tommy. Tommy is a phenomenal employee. Every time I go to the office he is so helpful. I love living here.
