Payment Terms

No exception can be made for financial hardship, academic changes, family matters, medical issues, roommate conflict or any other reason. If you did want to terminate your contract, you’d have to find someone who is new to our system, willing to sign at the same rate or higher, and sign and qualify on their own. As unless you go through the process of Mutual Termination, you will remain financially responsible for the terms of the housing agreement.

Lark at Randall

Wonderful friendly staff and maintenance, who are super helpful and make the lark an even more enjoyable place to live! Mike and Carlos are excellent maintenance staff!

My roomates and I had a really tricky electrical issue in our apartment. Carlos, Max and their team were here day and night working to get it fixed. They ended up fixing it and afterwards cleaned and repainted all the areas they worked in. During their time in our apartment were very respectful and kind! I’ve lived in apartment complexes my whole life, and this is by far the most responsive and well managed team of workers, here at Lark. Also- Samantha brought us a fresh bouquet of flowers as a gift thanking us for our patience through the whole situation. I can’t wait to continue living here. I feel like we are really valued as residents. Highly recommend this place and can’t wait to continue living here this school year!

Lark at Randall is a great place to live! Tim (the building manager) really cares about making it welcoming and even decorates the lobby for Christmas and puts up a giant tree!

Beyond that, maintenance is super responsive. Whenever I’ve put in a request, they came to check on it within two days or less.

Also, you can have pets here! Overall the location is great and within walking distance to Trader Joe’s and a number of local coffee shops, among other things.

Definitely live here, management is lovely and it’s priced well for what you get.

Amazing place to live! Right next to Camp Randall and on top of Kwik Trip! Management crew is so friendly, I literally have 15 minute conversations just about every time I walk in the door. Maintenance is also amazing. Request are answered almost immediately with someone at your door to fix the problem. 11/10 would recommend!!

Lark was a wonderful home to myself and my three other roommates. All of the staff are AMAZING people who are very kind and genuinely want to help. We lived at Lark for two years and every time we ran into any difficulties they were able to help us in a professional and timely manner. The maintenance team is absolutely wonderful and the sweetest people you will ever meet! They became friends with my cat and new her by name and they absolutely adored my roommates dog as well. There are also a lot of opportunities for community events (free food and others) along with a printer/study room/coffee machine which all came in handy. My roommates and I packed up all of our things today and were so sad to say goodbye to the lovely people who work at Lark! If you have the opportunity to live here, my roommates and I would highly recommend :) best management in Madison!
