No exception can be made for financial hardship, academic changes, family matters, medical issues, roommate conflict or any other reason. If you did want to terminate your contract, you’d have to find someone who is new to our system, willing to sign at the same rate or higher, and sign and qualify on their own. As unless you go through the process of Mutual Termination, you will remain financially responsible for the terms of the housing agreement.

Lark Austin

The Lark Austin is such a great experience! It is one of the best in the UT area when it comes to amenities, maintenance, and customer service. Everyone is so helpful and has a great, positive spirit. When you get the chance ask for Alyssa Zamora specifically, she's amazing! You should consider signing here!

Among the plethora of amenities and modern design in West Campus, there's a reason I have only lived at Lark among these past years, and the reason is the people. Every time I walk through the door, I am greeted by a smiling face and warm greeting. I sometimes have questions about my lease or need assistance, and the staff is always there to help. From management to maintenance, I know I am taken care of at Lark. One particular employee, Kelly, has always proved to be an exceptional Experience Team Member. It's always a wave hello from the leasing office as well as being able to answer any questions I may have. She makes me feel a sense of community in this large complex. She among many others are the reason I have signed with Lark for 3 years now and plan to do it again.

Living at Lark this past year has been such a great experience! The staff and managers are extremely helpful. Alyssa Zamora is always a great help to me and a joy to see in the office! I would definitely recommend living at Lark!!

I signed at Lark and am so excited!!! The management and employees have been really helpful and ensured me and my roommates an awesome experience! We got the best special I have seen in West Campus, so that was a great bonus we all appreciated! Specifically Matthew who works for Lark, gave us an awesome tour and was super useful! So pumped and ready to live here! Highly recommend checking this complex out!
