The rooms are in great condition and the price is one of the cheapest in Plymouth with the best rooms. So much space and a big kitchen. All the staff are so lovely and any maintenance is sorted straight away. Only 5 minutes away from Plymouth uni but a bit of a walk to the clubs in the winter. Overall it is great and I wouldn’t have chose anywhere else. I definitely recommend

I stayed in Mary Parker House for one year in 2021 ...and I believe it’s one of the best accommodations around Plymouth.  The staff team are very friendly and helpful and the maintenance team always used to fix my issues quickly. It’s in a very good location. The Neighborhood around is quite and it’s in a 9-10 min walk from uni campus and 10 min from train station. There several supermarkets near from the house like Spar , Tesco , Co-op and Sainsbury .  You can find several bus stops near from MP . It’s a really great choice and I highly recommended it specially for first year and international students.

I stayed at Mary Parker House for the summer term this year and I cannot recommend this student accommodation enough for new students! 5 mins away from uni and the building is right next to the train station! It is very well managed by the brilliant Lauren who is very helpful and accommodating as she made sure that I have everything I needed during my stay! 5 stars in every department!

Living at Mary Parker House for the past academic year has been an absolutely delightful experience! All the staff are so friendly and helpful and strive to make MPH a convenient and comfortable place to live! They were so understanding and helpful when I had to book an extra week before the start of my contract and delay payment of the 1st instalment until I had received my student finance payment.

Maintenance is always up to date and any reported issues are dealt with properly. You can always rely on the staff to collect and store your mail safely for you. Your well-being and comfort really are key to the staff, and they ensure to always keep up a welcoming environment. The facilities are excellent - on-site laundry, gym, and common room. The standard ensuite has been the perfect size for me, with a modern design and bathroom, and the kitchen has plenty of space and is well equipped.

The only issue might be finding parking for car owners as the limited on-site parking is reserved for those with accessibility needs. However, this is a small detail and can be solved by parking on local streets that do not require a parking permit.

Overall, I have thoroughly enjoyed living here and would definitely recommend it!

Mary Parker House is a very good accommodation for every student. The spacious rooms and your own bathroom makes it a very pleasant. The manager and the staff on the reception and the maintenance guy are very friendly and I cannot say anything that would upset me about this place. If you have a problem, they solve it as soon as possible without any question.

Flats: There are several flats in the building and every flat contains 4 rooms and one shared kitchen. The kitchen / living room is very big for 4 persons and everyone can have their own shelves. The kitchen is well equipped, but don't forget to buy your own plates and glasses.

Security: The security of the building and flats is high. Everyone has their own chip to enter the different areas. It means only residents will be able to enter the building without security check, the laundry room, the gym, the common room and of course their own flats.

I'm happy I live here and I can recommend this accommodation for everyone. :)
