A booking fee is a portion of the rent that is paid in advance to help secure the room. Note that this fee is non-refundable.

Can I choose where my room is in the building?

You can choose your room location when you book, but please note that not all room locations are available at all times.

Can I choose who I live with in a shared flat?

Yes, if you make a group booking with people you already know, we can help you do that.

Can I share my room with my partner?

We offer free dual occupancy in a limited number of our studios, but only to students.

What costs does my rent cover?

IQ’s bills generally cover utility bills such as electricity, wifi, and water. At the same cost, you’ll also have access to great facilities, including a gym, lounges, outdoor area, and great social spaces; the amenities and facilities provided may differ from building to building.

Is car parking available?

Car parking is available; however, its availability is limited; check with staff to secure your parking space.
