No exception can be made for financial hardship, academic changes, family matters, medical issues, roommate conflict or any other reason. If you did want to terminate your contract, you’d have to find someone who is new to our system, willing to sign at the same rate or higher, and sign and qualify on their own. As unless you go through the process of Mutual Termination, you will remain financially responsible for the terms of the housing agreement.

The Reserve at Clemson

Lived there for a year, loved it for a year! Nice layout and the unit and furniture were in great condition. Having a balcony is pretty sweet.

Commute to campus is not too bad, plus the bus stops at the front office.

Would recommend!

my wife and i love the reserve for your son.  We are confident that he is in a safe and clean place while attending Clemson.  He has enjoyed the activities that they have on site and has nothing but positive things to say about the customer service that the office staff has.    I would definitely recommend this apartment complex.

The Reserve is a great place.  We have enjoyed the cleanliness  and the customer service that the have.  our son has lived there for the last 4 years while attending Clemson University and has nothing but positive things to say about the Reserve.  I would definitely recommend this place to anyone but most especially to any parent that has a student living on there own.  You can rest assured, as my husband and I have, that your student is in a safe place.

Absolutely Love the Office and Maintenance Staff. Their always so willing to help me, when I ask. I am the Postal Carrier for this Apartment Complex and they are so friendly and personal with me and the residents. Just a wonderful end to my day, when I walk in and get greeted by hey Ms. Rita how are you today, and a welcome smile. Definitely would recommend for anyone to live here.

Wonderful place to live! My daughter lived here 2 years ago and now my son is living here. They both love it! Maintenance team is top notch and fast. The office staff is friendly and they do a lot of events for the residents. It really made both of my kids feel comfortable and a part of a community. I want to add that I saw some negative reviews but seems like most of these are people who got charged for some type of damage. Any apartment complex is going to charge you if you damaged something or didn’t clean up before leaving. Also for people who complained about bugs. They have a pest control service that comes weekly. You just have to let the office know if you have an issue. My son called and they took care of his issue right away and he hasn’t had any other issues. Great staff!
