No exception can be made for financial hardship, academic changes, family matters, medical issues, roommate conflict or any other reason. If you did want to terminate your contract, you’d have to find someone who is new to our system, willing to sign at the same rate or higher, and sign and qualify on their own. As unless you go through the process of Mutual Termination, you will remain financially responsible for the terms of the housing agreement.

Varsity House

This is by far my favorite placed I've lived since coming to Norman. It's such a welcoming environment here. I've met so many other students from resident events and our dog park/resident group chats. The office staff and maintenance are the best I've had. The property itself is very well taken care of. There's never trash anywhere, and the lawn care company makes sure the grass is cut just right. As a dog owner, I appreciate knowing that I can take my dog out without wondering if there are snakes or rodents in the grass that I might not be able to see. 10/10 recommend living here!!!!!!!!

I have lived at alight for about a month now and am loving it! They have a lot of events for socializing with other people and i really like there gym. Also very spacious apartments at a decent price :)

It has great amenities and maintenance staff is super efficient. I’ve never had issues with roommates or neighbors and I think it’s cool that they constantly make events for the residents. One thing I would do better is install security cameras.

The maintenance team here is the best I’ve had in the 3 years I’ve lived in Norman. The bus to campus is really helpful too. Any issue I’ve had since moving in has been fixed the same day. The carnival event they had for the new residents was so fun! Definitely would recommend living here
