If you did want to terminate your contract, you’d have to find someone who is new to our system, willing to sign at the same rate or higher, and sign and qualify on their own. As unless you go through the process of Mutual Termination, you will remain financially responsible for the terms of the housing agreement.

Redpoint Tuscaloosa

I have lived in a few appartment complexes in Tuscaloosa now, and I have to say this one has by far had the best staff, best move in experience, best matinence, that I have had yet. Shout out to these hard workers who have fixed every issue ive encountered, and even when I did not, kept an upstanding attitude. Other enjoyable traits have been the bus picking me up in the mornings, the gym, the price, and location.

By far the best student living complex in Tuscaloosa. I usually move every year but I stayed here for 2 years. My two story townhouse was one of the best ones, with a beautiful view of the pools, clubhouse, and park (most people aren’t so lucky, but there was still a lot to like).

They continuously made improvements to the complex, with it recently being gated. The amenities are nice, maintenance was quick always, and location in Tuscaloosa is great. The “green space” in the middle of the complex is a huge area with a creek running through it, a soccer field, and a dog park. This was my favorite part of living here, in addition to the two awesome pools with a pool volleyball area. They always have community events and the clubhouse provided way more than you would expect.

The staff was also always great, especially Samson, who never failed to help me when I needed it.

Very Good Maintenance and Management. They are very quick in getting anything you need done and fixed. I have enjoyed my time here. 10/10 Recommend

Toured a couple weeks ago and immediately went back to sign the same day! Staff is HONEST and super sweet and understanding. They had the best rates ever too! Can't wait to live here starting Fall 2021!!
