No exception can be made for financial hardship, academic changes, family matters, medical issues, roommate conflict or any other reason. If you did want to terminate your contract, you’d have to find someone who is new to our system, willing to sign at the same rate or higher, and sign and qualify on their own. As unless you go through the process of Mutual Termination, you will remain financially responsible for the terms of the housing agreement.

The Nine at Gainesville

Long overdue review! I've been living at The Lark for about 3.5 months and can say with full confidence that this is definitely such an amazing place to live. The staff and maintenance team are SO nice and so, so helpful. Everything I've ever asked has been immediately helped as quickly as possible, and management is known by name (Roland and Evan) and helps just as much as everyone else. They will literally go out of their way to help you with something. Apartment is kept impeccable, amenities are so nice, location is great, and they really make you feel cared about even when you do have occasional normal issues (so minimal that I've experienced). If you're on the fence about living here, definitely make the decision to come :)

Awesome management, and super efficient. Helped me move-in early and have been all-around a great help. On-top of having really cool amenities!

My experience at the Lark has been nothing but amazing. The rooms are clean, the study rooms are really great for studying especially because of how huge the whiteboards are, and the various activities to do here for fun. Furthermore, the management has been nothing more than accommodating. Specifcally, Hailey and Roland helped me ensure a smooth transition into my apartment, and have always been available to talk. Anyone looking for an apartment with great management and fantastic amenities then the lark is the place for you!

Good management in a college town is hard to find, but the Lark has really great management. Specifically the manager Roland is super personable and fixed issues at a very timely manner. I have lived here for two years and came across a few issues, but big or small Roland was there to go above and beyond to fix the problems. I always felt listened to and cared for here! The maintenance team is also super friendly and I always felt comfortable with them entering our apartment, and they always fixed every issue with no problems. The Lark is a beautiful piece of property and truly feels like home due to the amenities and the friendly staff always saying hello in the hallways. The amenities are kept clean and always re organized after use. Would recommend to any friend!
