No exception can be made for financial hardship, academic changes, family matters, medical issues, roommate conflict or any other reason. If you did want to terminate your contract, you’d have to find someone who is new to our system, willing to sign at the same rate or higher, and sign and qualify on their own. As unless you go through the process of Mutual Termination, you will remain financially responsible for the terms of the housing agreement.

I'm living at Lark West Lafayette this year. The staff is amazing, always available to solve problems in the best way. There are a lot of amenities, such gym, pool and basketball court where you can meet new friends every day. It is well linked to campus by an efficient dedicated bus service.
The apartments are clean and the provided furniture is fine.
Probably I will sign for the next year soon!

It’s an amazing apartment complex! I got placed with three amazing roommates. We all have so much in common and I’m proud I let lark pick my roommates. The maintenance for the apartment is always fast and everyone who works here is super nice! The spaces are the perfect size and they allow our furry friends which is a plus!! The people in the front office are amazing also and will help you out whenever you need help with anything. I would recommend living here! It’s also a good distance from campus (not far at all)

This is one of the few places that have a short term lease which I am grateful for due to graduating this December. I am not disappointed. The place was very clean and welcoming. The apartment is completely furnished! Its very peaceful around here and I enjoy going to the gym here. I will be starting Vet school next fall here at Purdue so I cant wait to come back!! I highly recommend you won't be disappointed.

I recently moved into Lark West Lafayette for school. Everyone here was so friendly, welcoming, and warm. The people in the office recognize me by name and make sure to be as helpful as possible. Every apartment comes fully furnished, and with all of the amenities these prices are amazing! I will definitely be staying here through my college years!

Really enjoying Lark so far! Move in process went very well and the apartment was pretty clean and move-in ready! The rooms are spacious and the amenities are a great bonus! The few times we’ve had maintenance come in they were very friendly and helpful, giving us tips to practice proper upkeep! I will say I’m a bit nervous for inspections and move out, as many of these reviews say the company charges large sums of money for wear and tear. I’ll have to see how that goes. Otherwise, I’m really enjoying my time with the apartment so far! Compared to where I’ve lived before (on campus), the apartment is very roomy and feels much more homey! Staff is friendlier too!
