It’s been a delight staying here. As is trite knowledge that moving places can be tiring and frustrating, yet gleeful and ebullient staffers made it easy. Overall, I’m most impressed with the adequate and efficient services rendered.

It's been 5 months since I moved in, and overall I am happy with this accommodation. When I booked the accommodation, it was at the early stage of the pandemic situation and I was worried if I could make it the UK or not. They have been very understanding about my situation and provided me with maximum support. The service is very friendly and responsive and I feel so secure. My additional star is about the gesture they exhibit which is very nice.

Overall this is a nice accomodation to stay in; definitely better than other halls. Reception is open from mon-fri and there is always someone there to help as much as they can, very nice people too! The 24 hours service they provide is quite handy when you've locked yourself out, I have found that they usually come within 30 minutes to open the door for us, and free of charge! Unlike other accomodations that ask for a fee if you've accidentaly left your keys inside the room. I am very pleased with Unite students, would recommend it!
