Yes, you can request a specific room location when you book, if available we will accommodate the request.
What happens to my mail?
Your mail will be delivered to a secure mailbox in your flat. If you receive a package that is too large or requires a signature, it will be held at the front desk. You will be notified when your package arrives at the front desk, and you should pick it up as soon as possible.
