Can I have overnight guests?

You are welcome to have guests stay over at your accommodation, but there are some restrictions. Overnight guests can only stay in your own room and for no more than 3 nights within a 7 day period. Please let your flatmates know when you have a guest staying over and sign them in at reception. You are also responsible for their behavior.

Can I move out early?

You are free to move out of your iQ accommodation at any time, but you will still need to pay rent for the entire duration of your fixed-term tenancy agreement.

Can I share my room with my partner?

We offer free dual occupancy in a limited number of our studios, but only if the residents are both full-time students.

Can I book with friends or a group?

Yes, it is possible, let us know, and we'll check for availabilities. Once various rooms are available in the same flat, we can arrange for you to move into the same flat.
