By clicking on the check-in summary on your app and selecting "edit", you can choose a new time-slot. Make sure to update your arrival details on the MyUnite app. You also shouldn't change the date on the day itself. In case you are running late, contact the staff to inform them.

The dates are usually fixed, however, what you can do is pay for a short-term stay before the start of your contract.

After you select your check-in timeslot, arrive to the reception desk and hand in your ID, once that's done, you'll be handed over your room keys.
