Location

Paying in 2,3 instalments for international students requires a guarantor ( Please check with the property if it has to be a UK guarantor or international guarantor )&nbsp;- (only applicable for Ensuites in Bailey Street, The Foundry, Merlin Point and Austin)1. International guarantor welcome: For tenancies 43 weeks or over (44 wks for The Foundry), international guarantor is acceptable, documents needed from guarantors are: 1. Photo ID 2. 3-months Payslips 3. Recent 1 month’s Bank statements For an international guarantor, the maximum instalments acceptable is 2 instalments. 2. Student Finance friendly (for local students) We are happy to tailor your payment plan to be fit with your student finance schedule, policies are: 1. UK guarantor documents (mentioned above) need to be provided; 2. Proof of student finance schedule with specific dates and amount to arrive; 3. You will have to pay 4 weeks rent+350.00 Security deposit to be checked in until the date when the student finance arrives, the remaining amount will be due to pay. 3. Flexible Tenancy Length 1. Some types of Ensuites can accept tenancy with shorter length (e.g. from Sep to January or late December) 2. For shorter tenancy (1 term), the weekly rate will be higher, consult with our booking consultant for details 3. The potential tenant has to be a full time university student in their term/course time during the whole tenancy to be eligible

Merlin Point

The shared kitchen is large and the staff is friendly.

I have been living at this accommodation for four years now, and it is safe to say that Merlin Point is one of the best student accommodations in Coventry. Fantastic rooms, lovely social spaces and maintenance are done quickly and to a good standard. The staff at Merlin Point are so friendly and welcoming! They are attentive to your needs and show that they care. It is a lovely place to be, right in the centre of Coventry.

I lived here for an entire year. It's a friendly place where you could enjoy the cleaness and quietness. Further more, it's 100% safe.

I come from China, this is a wonderful apartment, the facilities are very new, there is a lounge downstairs, free of charge. There is also a coffee machine, a coin counter can buy snacks, it is really perfect. The room keeper was very gentle, very communicative, and even my toothache helped me make an appointment with the dentist. Any problem will be solved by someone! It's very safe. It's easy for students to move in. It takes only fifteen minutes to get to the railway station. It's only ten minutes walk to the city center!  After staying in the apartment, also for free replacement of the carpet, through the sewers, especially compared to house and other school apartment, I think Merlin point is really great, every visit to my dormitory students are very excited, the kitchen will have more than 30 square meters（In public areas, there are also cleaning personnel who sweep every Monday）. The dormitory official said the each room was 11 square meters, but in reality it was really big and new! All credit card doors, I do not regret the lease to the house, it is my honor to stay.
