Do other payment terms apply?

Any issues or disputes must be addressed directly with the relevant third party. The platform is only involved if the issue is solely caused by a platform or service malfunction.

What applies to electronic signatures?
You must review the electronic signature disclosure and provide consent before signing electronically.

Does the platform guarantee that electronic signatures are legally enforceable?
No. You are responsible for obtaining your own legal advice regarding the sufficiency and enforceability of electronic signatures, and the platform provides no warranty or representation regarding their legal validity under applicable laws.

Can access or services be terminated?
Yes. Access to the website or services may be terminated at any time, with or without notice, at the provider’s sole discretion, including for inactivity or conduct inconsistent with the agreement.

Can the website or services be discontinued?
Yes. The provider may discontinue the website, any part of it, or any services at any time, with or without notice.

What happens after termination?
Access may be blocked immediately, and future access may be prevented without prior notice.

Is the provider liable for termination or discontinuation?
No. The provider is not liable to users or third parties for termination of access or discontinuation of services.
