يتميز محيط مبني الاقامة الطلابية باحتوائه علي مجموعة من السيمنات ومناطق الجذب التاريخية والفنية حيث يمكنك الوصول الي متحف برامنجهام في خلال عدة دقائق فقط . يقع المبني علي بعد خطوات من وسط المدينة حيث يعد المبني مكان مثالي للاقامة لطلبة جامعة برامنجهام سيتي . يمكنك الاستمتاع باستخدام ملحقات جامعة استون حيث تبعد نحو 26 دقيقة سيرا علي الاقدام من محيط المبني . يمكنك شراء كافة احتياجاتك اليومية بكل سهولة من خلال متجر تسكو اكسبريس بالاضافة الي توافر متجر للادوات الرياضية علي بعد خطوات فقط . تقع منطقة بول رينج التجارية علي بعد نحو 10 دقائق من محيط المبني . 

يحتوي مبني الاقامة الطلابية المتوفر ببرامنجهام علي بمجموعة من الغرف ذات الحمام الخاص حيث الاستمتاع بالخصوصية بشكل اكبر بالاضافة الي توافر حمام سباحة وتنس طاوله بالردهة الاجتماعية بالمبني مع توافر ايضا مجموعة من الارائك المريحة واماكن خاصة بالاستذكار ومغسلة ملابس وجراج خاص بالدراجات وماكينات بيع سناكس اوتوماتيكية واخيرا خدمة طباعة المستندات . 

للتأ:د من ان الطلبة في امان دائم يوفر المبني نظام مراقبة بالكاميرات علي مدار الساعة ونظام حريق وفريق اداري وخدمة الصيانة . 

يتوفر بالمبني خدمة الفاتورة الشاملة جميع الخدمات والتي تشمل كلا من المياه والغاز والكهرباء والانترنت بداخل غرفتك وبالردهة الاجتماعية بالاضافة الي خدمة التأمين علي المحتويات .
