Your mail will be delivered to a secure mailbox in your flat. If you receive a package that is too large or requires a signature, it will be held at the front desk. You will be notified when your package arrives at the front desk, and you should pick it up as soon as possible.

Yes, if multiple rooms are vacant in a flat, we can arrange for you to be close to your friends in the same flat.
