Payment Terms

Before Signing the Tenancy Agreement<ul style=""><li dir="ltr">If written cancellation is received within 7 days of the application and before the booking confirmation email, the booking is cancelled at no charge, and the advance rent is fully refunded.</li><li dir="ltr">If the tenancy agreement is not completed within 7 days, the landlord may retain the advance rent if either party cancels the booking</li></ul>After Signing the Tenancy Agreement (Before Tenancy Start)<ul style=""><li dir="ltr">If cancellation is requested within 72 hours of the booking confirmation email, no fee applies, and the advance rent is fully refunded.</li><li dir="ltr">If cancellation occurs after 72 hours, the tenancy cannot be cancelled unless a replacement tenant is found.</li></ul>After the Tenancy Start Date<ul style=""><li dir="ltr">Cancellation is only accepted once a replacement tenant takes over the room.</li><li dir="ltr">The tenant remains liable for rent and charges until the new tenancy begins.</li><li dir="ltr">Once a replacement tenant signs and receives booking confirmation, any payments made (including advance rent) will be refunded minus rent owed up to the takeover date.</li></ul>Additional Conditions<ul style=""><li dir="ltr">If rent due before move-in is not paid, the landlord may cancel the tenancy and retain the advance rent.</li><li dir="ltr">If the landlord cancels the booking before move-in due to circumstances beyond their control, all payments will be refunded.</li><li dir="ltr">Bookings obtained using false or misleading information may be cancelled.</li></ul>The above cancellation policy is a synopsis of the property’s cancellation policy. Good location and facilities. Noisy tenants.

One of the best accommodation for Coventry University students. The rooms are really nice with a nice view and big windows. Nice open kitchens for every floor and it is a welcoming vibe in there. It is also at a nice location and the best restaurant in the city is just right around the corner which is Hadramud Mandi

Ideal location 5 minutes from the city centre with supermarkets and restaurants nearby.

The attention at the reception and by the staff is incredible, with a person 24 hours a day in case of any problem.

As for the rooms, they are modern with all the necessities, spotless bathrooms and a good mattress (the best in my last 5 years living away from home). The study area is also very good.

It is a top residence in Coventry and well worth the money.

Very good value for money considering room size and an ensuite, the best available in Coventry at this price range. Very helpful and friendly staff, and faults are dealt with quickly by the caretakers. Large kitchen area with sofa and TV is great. Fast and reliable internet connection. Short 5-10 min walk to campus and city centre. I will spend all 3 years of my course here, there was no reason to move, there are no issues!

Really happy with everything, rooms and kitchens are nice enough, beds are comfy enough and the kitchen has everything you need, what makes the Apollo works is the management and how hard they work to accommodate everyone as well as being very friendly, unlike the rest of the student halls there's no patronising rules on having guests over (when not in Corona times), Apollo works is significantly cheaper than the university owned accomodations and significantly better. No point paying £55 more a week for a building that's a bit newer. Advice if you're staying here- get a mattress topper makes life much more comfortable, and a drying rack to save a bit of money in the laundry room.
