What is the payment policy for group bookings?
For group bookings, The Social Hub requires advance payments to secure guestrooms according to the following schedule:

• First payment: Due 3 months prior to arrival

• Second payment: Due 1 month prior to arrival

If the group reservation is made less than 3 months before arrival, a proforma invoice will be issued with an adjusted payment schedule to ensure the booking is secured.

Can I cancel my booking or check out early?
All cancellation and early check-out requests are subject to the terms and conditions agreed upon at the time of booking. You can review the full terms in the Student Room Information section.

If you wish to leave early, you must submit an official request at least one month before your intended check-out date. Requests can be submitted via the designated request form provided by the accommodation provider.
