Payment Terms

Where can I find the full termination policy? It is available in the booking section and on the documents page. You must read and understand it before confirming your booking. Can I cancel within the initial period? Yes. You may cancel within 7 days of accepting the offer or paying the deposit (whichever occurs first), provided you have not moved into the property. If eligible, your security deposit will be refunded in full. How long does it take to receive the deposit refund? Refunds are normally processed within 28 working days of cancellation. If the deposit has already been secured with a third-party protection scheme, the refund may take up to 60 days due to the scheme’s processing time. In this case, the refund will be issued directly by the scheme and may require a repayment reference provided by them. The landlord cannot influence or speed up this process. Deposits are legally required to be protected in a third-party scheme. What happens if I cancel after the 7-day initial period? You remain liable for rent on a weekly basis, including any part-week, until the room is re-let. When will I be released from the agreement after late cancellation? You will only be released once the room has been successfully re-let and any required release payment or fees have been paid. The above cancellation policy is a synopsis of the property’s cancellation policy. There could be a few changes incorporated from time to time. Hence, we recommend you review the full Accommodation Contract for a comprehensive understanding of their cancellation policies.

The staff of Bryon House is really nice and helpful! I highly recommend this place to live! Nice view, nice people and nice apartment facilities, why not!!

Had a virtual tour of the accomodation today from Lauren and it was fantastic! She really makes you feel at ease. I found the chat really informative and Lauren has been extremely helpful and supportive in regards to understanding the application process too. Totally fallen in love with Béton House.

I was offered a virtual viewing with Lauren, who was extremely helpful and provided answers to all the questions that I had. I followed this up with an in-person viewing, as it is always nicer to see in real life. Although I haven't yet stayed here, the staff I met were warm and friendly and made Beton feel like a community. The rooms are spacious in comparison to other accommodations I viewed. The location is ideal, you can view the city from above yet you're still so close to the city campus and train/tram stations, the surrounding area is lovely and full of greenery, with parks ideally located and only a 7-min walk from the city campus. The included amenities sound great too; cinema room, gym, private dining room and a great outdoor space. I am looking forward to staying here.

Had a great virtual tour and chat with Lauren today. Without being able to visit in person, I felt she went out of her way give us a feel for the place.Very impressed with the accommodation and all the extras on offer. Beton house is definitely the number one choice so far!

Great for student. It's new and refreshing. The staff is very resourceful. On a walking distance from Sheffield Hallam Uni and Sheffield station which makes a lot of things even more accessible.
