Knowing what to choose in your room is critical to your mental and physical well-being, as well as your academic development. What type of accommodation is suitable for you should be determined by your personality and lifestyle. Here are some things to consider in order to find your Casita student room.

1. Location

Our drop-down menus and filters will be your companions at Casita. You may find your accommodation by using the drop-down menus to select the city/location you'll be studying in or the university you'll be attending. When you select this option, Casita will take you to a page with useful filters on the left sidebar.

You can also choose the distance you desire between your accommodation and the city centre; some students enjoy bustling and busy buildings, while others choose calm and relaxing environments.

In addition to that, if you click on any of our buildings, you can scroll down to the bottom of the page to see the map that shows the distances by car, bike, underground, and foot between the accommodation and the closest universities. You can also check the map to see if anything you would need, such as restaurants, cafes, theatres, major sites, and more, is within reasonable walking distance. Almost all of our buildings have excellent transportation connections, so you won't have to worry about getting to your university, college, or even further for entertainment.

You can still choose your university from a drop-down menu above the “Long-term and Short-term” filters, where you can only see specific tenancies as needed after you've chosen your city. There is also an additional blue filter on the right side that allows you to sort the buildings by price from “Highest to Lowest” and vice versa.

2. Accommodation Types

Casita offers three different accommodation types: purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA), student housing as a private or shared living in a house or apartment, and young or working professional housing such as co-living, serviced apartments, hotels, etc..

You can choose whichever accommodation fits your needs. You can simply use the filter under the search bar to choose the accommodation type while browsing Casita’s website.

3. Room Types

That is the first question that you will come across while trying to surf the buildings looking for your Casita student room.

You must choose whatever room type best matches your character. In cluster flats and self-contained studios, there are mostly single and en-suite rooms. Because all of our shared apartments have shared lounges and kitchen spaces, our en-suite rooms are ideal for students looking to meet new people. You can have anything from one to eight flatmates. It's also convenient if you're seeking a place to stay with your friends. Self-contained studios are a good option for students who want more privacy while still being able to socialize in the building's shared areas. There are also twin studios, as well as a few trios.

One-bedroom flats in some buildings. The difference between rooms is what differentiates these from studios. Studios have an en-suite room with an open-plan studio with a kitchenette unit, while one-bedroom flats have a separate bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen with a dining area. Within communal cluster flats, single study rooms could be available as well. They normally have a comfy bed and a study room with plenty of storage space so that you may concentrate on your studies.

In the filter, you can pick the type of room that suits you best, as well as your budget, and Casita will show you the best available options.

Student Room Types are important

4. Facilities

If you're looking for a good view, always browse the building pictures to see what's available. The majority of our accommodation, notably those on the top level, provides wonderful views of the greenery or the bustling metropolis. Even if the ideal view is not available, you may still enjoy the stunning views and sunshine from outside common areas and rooftop terraces.

Other great facilities, such as cinema rooms, group study and reading spaces, a well-equipped on-site gym & fitness facility, and much more, are spread among our buildings around the UK. Casita makes every effort to ensure that the accommodations it provides are safe and secure at all times; while not all of our buildings have CCTV surveillance, on-site security personnel, secure bike storage, and secure electronic key fob access systems, the majority of them do.

5. Budget

Everyone has his own budget when it comes to accommodation, that’s for sure. The “Weekly Budget” filter under the search bar will help you look for your Casita student room within the budget of your choosing. You can also sort the buildings from the “Sort By” drop-down menu to match your search; you can either choose “Lowest Price” or “Highest Price”.

Nothing is left to chance with Casita. Our Casita Accommodation Experts are always available to answer any questions you may have. Contact us through email, Whatsapp, webchat, or phone, and we will be thrilled to assist you with any of your concerns and inquiries. Check out how to book your student room with Casita.
