Is payment required before check-in?

The company may require full or partial prepayment in cleared funds before check-in.
 If the required prepayment is not received, the company may refuse occupancy.

How is rent invoiced?

Rent shall be invoiced on a monthly basis. Invoices will be issued by the 15th of each month.

When must invoices be paid?
Each valid invoice must be paid within 30 working days of receipt.

Are prepayment and invoice payments separate obligations?

Yes. Prepayment requirements and invoice payment obligations are separate and must both be complied with.

What happens if payment conditions are not met?
Failure to meet payment conditions may affect the right to occupy the accommodation.

What notice is required to cancel or shorten a stay?

A minimum of 14 days’ (2 weeks’) notice is required.

What if I give less than 14 days’ notice?

You will be charged a penalty equal to the missing notice period (e.g. 10 days’ notice = 4 nights’ charge).

Is there a satisfaction guarantee?

Yes. You are entitled to a 48-hour satisfaction guarantee from check-in.

What can I do within the 48-hour period?

If the apartment is unsuitable, you may transfer to another available unit or vacate the premises.

Will I be charged or refunded?

No accommodation charges apply, and you will receive a full refund.

Are there any additional fees?

Yes. Administration fees may apply to credit card transactions, including cancellations and refunds.
