- First month's rent &amp; a one-time booking fee required upon booking (Check the amount with the Agent) - For bookings more than 1 month, rent will be paid monthly.

Payment Terms

There are four different cancellation policies that landlords can choose from. The refund you may be entitled to receive depends on the type of cancellation policy and on the day you cancel your booking:Flexible<ul data-aura-rendered-by="12:210;a"><li>If you cancel up to 30 days before the start of your contract, you'll receive a 100% refund of the first rent</li><li>If you cancel between 15 and 30 days before the start of your contract, you'll receive a 50% refund of the first rent</li><li>If you cancel less than 15 days before the start of your contract, you won't be able to receive a refund</li></ul>Moderate<ul data-aura-rendered-by="12:210;a"><li>If you cancel up to 60 days before the start of your contract, you'll receive a 100% refund of the first rent</li><li>If you cancel up to 30 days before the start of your contract, you'll receive a 50% refund of the first rent</li><li>If you cancel less than 30 days before the start of your contract, you won't be able to receive a refund</li></ul>Strict<ul data-aura-rendered-by="12:210;a"><li>If you cancel up to 90 days before the start of your contract, you'll receive a 100% refund of the first rent</li><li>If you cancel between 30 and 90 days before the start of your contract, you'll receive a 50% refund of the first rent</li><li>If you cancel less than 30 days before the start of your contract, you won't be able to receive a refund</li></ul>Non-RefundableThis type of policy doesn't allow any refunds, regardless of when you decide to cancel a confirmed booking.
