Northernhay Gardens is a 12-minute walk away, Belmont Park is an 8-minute walk away, and Queens Crescent Garden is 5 minutes away on foot. You can enjoy a day of fun and adventure with friends at Crealy Theme Park, which is located a 27-minute ride away. The nearby restaurants include Rogama, which is a minute away, Ifood Thai Taste and Eat The Bird, which are both 3 minutes away on foot, and Tyepyedong which is a 2-minute walk away. Best One is a nearby grocery store, just a 2-minute walk from the property, where you can do all your grocery shopping.&nbsp;

The Depot

So good. The events space is great and always has something to do. Have heard about messy rooms, but only from the staff after cleaning them.

One of the best accomodations in Exeter. It's close to High street and both campuses as well making it an ideal location for a student. The resident's team is super helpful and friendly (shout-out to Emily!), they'll make you feel like home. I stayed here for 8 months and was simply brilliant!

Emily at reception is awesome, really helpful and always smiling ?  my stay for 3 months through staykeepers was brilliant, lovely room with mini kitchen and shower room, the best ?

Absolutely marvellous, such a good price. There's next to no amenities but that's to be expected as it's student accom. Was very clean, spacious and the beds are comfy AF
