There is a desk/workspace, WIFI, premium cable, local phone, and sleek flat screen TV. The private balcony lets a great breeze in and offers a view of the city and natural light fills this cheery space. The finest linens are supplied and in suite washer/dryer are provided. The suite is the perfect serviced apartment for your stay in Toronto.
Cancellation: written notice provided 30 days prior to check-in will incur a $250 fee. Written notice provided within 30 days of check-in will incur a fee of $1,000. Early departure does not qualify for any refund on any unused days. The security deposit, where applicable, will be refunded within 10 days of departure after the inspection of the apartment has been completed (some exceptions may apply).
Please note that, in order for your booking to be confirmed, we will need you to complete some steps up to 7 days after the accommodation provider gets in touch with you, otherwise your booking may get automatically cancelled. These requirements will include the submission of a the terms and conditions plus the rental agreement signed, as well as the advanced payment of the deposit. In case the contract starts before these 7 days take place, the requirements may also be handled during the check-in.
