Book online until the 31st of July, without seeing the accommodation first, and we run a 72-hour 'cooling-off period, allowing you to cancel your booking within 72 hours of paying your booking fee.Bookings made from the 1st of August for the forthcoming academic year have a 24-hour 'cooling-off period.In Case of Cancellation- &nbsp;The STudent must login to their student portal, complete their to do list and populate bank details. As the refund is only deposited back through a bank transfer not credited to the card. - &nbsp;The student MUST email the property directly to request the cancellation in writing.

Very good accommodation with lovely and friendly staff in a convenient location for shops and local bus routes.

I had the best experience here!!!
Sharon (property manager) is very helpful and is always there when needed.
The location is also very prime and the place is very clean.
I would recommended this accommodation.

We rented an apartment for a short vacation in Oxford and the apartment was meticulously clean and spacious. It is a also very well located with everyday shopping facilites well situated within 5-7 mins walking distance and main shopping centre/historical sites within 20mins bus ride. We also had a lovely host named Sharon who was welcoming, kind and most accomodating to our needs. Thank you Sharon for being amazing and making our stay enjoyable!

Excellent student accommodation, the building is absolutely impeccable. The rooms are very spacious and the common areas such as the kitchen and shared space are very well equipped. Its more than perfect for student living and the staff are absolutely amazing, kind and very accommodating. Its very close to the town center (15 mins by public transportation) and is close to so many amenities such as gyms, banks, supermarkets, beauty salons etc. Give this place a try if you're looking to study in oxford!
