Autumn Rooms Cancellation PolicyCancellation Policy<ul><li dir="ltr">If a tenant faces issues like a visa rejection or problems with their offer letter, a full refund will be provided.&nbsp;</li><li dir="ltr">To get a refund, the tenant must fill out a refund form and submit it with the required proof (e.g., evidence of visa rejection or offer letter discrepancy).</li></ul>Payment Terms<ul><li dir="ltr">Payment terms are different based on the country and specific property.</li><li dir="ltr">For all bookings, you should collect the first month's rent to start the booking process.&nbsp;</li><li dir="ltr">The security deposit must be collected within 5 days of booking.&nbsp;</li><li dir="ltr">Both the first month's rent and the security deposit must be fully paid and transferred to Autumn Rooms before the tenant moves in.</li></ul>Rent &amp; Deposit Structure by Country:<ul><li dir="ltr">Ireland: You'll pay the first month's rent, the twelfth month's rent, and a security deposit equal to one month's rent.</li><li dir="ltr">Germany: You'll pay the first month's rent and a security deposit equal to two months' rent.</li><li dir="ltr">Canada: You'll pay the first month's rent and the last month's rent.</li><li dir="ltr">United Kingdom:<ul><li dir="ltr">Without an International Guarantor: You'll pay the first month's rent, the last month's rent, and a security deposit equal to one month's rent.</li><li dir="ltr">With an International Guarantor: You'll pay the first month's rent and a security deposit equal to one month's rent.</li></ul></li></ul>The above cancellation policy is a synopsis of the property’s cancellation policy.
