It is situated near public transit, colleges and the center of town. All common areas are connected, cozy, and roomy. The apartment is furnished with a microwave kitchenette, an electric hob and fridge, a toilet bathroom and a dining room. Bear in mind that certain paperwork would be requested by the landlord to build your account, so you have a legitimate guarantor. Note that a home cover for stays longer than two months is compulsory under French law. Also, please notice that you will be expected to pay the security deposit and the administrative fee directly to the landlord on the move-in. This description is provided by the property owner.

Payment Terms

There are four different cancellation policies that landlords can choose from.
