Worst accomodation ever. There is no one ever in the reception. I communicated with the property manager for the date and time to check in and when I came here there was no one to check me in and I call them and they told me that the person who was supposed to be here called in sick and they told me that they can't do anything about it and they told me to find somewhere to live until that person is back. The next day I got email from the manager to pay the rent with the bank details and it came out that the account was hacked and the bank details were wrong. I know some students who live here lost their money to the hackers. Also, the bin store is always full of trash everywhere and it smells all over the ground floor. Also it is unacceptable that the laundry room is consisted of only one washer and one dryer. Lastly, the photos of the rooms do not reflect how they are in reality. When I moved in, the room was filthy. Definitely not recommended.

The situation is like this. A year ago, this place was managed by a company called EHG. That company was very good. They responded quickly to emails and were willing to follow their opinions and modify the registered website. But now, the management company has become oliver rayns ltd, which is the worst property company you can imagine. They do not clean up the garbage, and the price for handing over old tenants is not clear. The most terrible thing is that they never reply to emails, and they have a funny reason: they can't send it out, even if I use Google Mail. Obviously this is not a mail system that a business should use. Even if you use free Google Mail and Outlook, you won’t be unable to send mails. If you like to live next to the park, this may be a good place. If you want to save some money and prefer studios, this is not bad. After all, the room is still decent (the lights are often broken). The electric heating is hot enough and the elevator is new and safe. In general, it is much better than printworks. It is worth the price. It is not recommended to choose an expensive room (because the management is too bad)

Lovely studios for students, however main door security is poor.
