NORQUAY II by Cypress Accommodation is a student housing in Vancouver situated on a quiet, tree-lined residential street. The student housing provides Shared Houses. They offer various facilities and services that include single rooms, a shared kitchen, a shared bathroom, a living room with TV, and access to a large deck and a treed back yard. Other facilities include free Wi-Fi, free SIM card, utilities, linens and towels, and the use of a washer and dryer, once per week. If you’re wondering about the living cost in Vancouver for international students, rest assured, it’s totally affordable.
NORQUAY II is located at Granville Street just two minutes away from Vancouver city centre. It is surrounded by many cool and exciting places. If you’re looking to grab a quick bite, La Taqueria Pinche Taco is just a five-minute walk from the residence and it offers Tacos in addition to other casual Mexican plates in a colourful spot. If you want to have coffee with a view, Cactus Club Cafe located along Coal Harbour is a modern cafe and restaurant that offers various plates and drinks.
If you’re craving a mouth-watering seafood dish, we recommend you check out Joe Fortes Seafood & Chop House just a short walk from the property. It serves seafood and steak dishes in a vibrant and booth-lined space. When you need to go grocery shopping, IGA supermarket is nearby and it has a variety of products to cater to your needs. After a long day on campus, a relaxing evening stroll with a view is the best at Coal Harbour Park. It is a spacious park with lots of greenery, colourful flowers, and benches located on Coal Harbour. When you need to work out, Fit4Less is a fully equipped gym just ten minutes away from the building. At the weekends, you can go shopping at Hudson Mall that has plenty of stores and shops. Other things you can do at the weekend is have a movie night with your friends at Cineplex Odeon International Village Cinemas. It is a modern cinema that screens the latest blockbuster movies. You may also visit Vancouver Art Gallery Offsite. It is an outdoor art gallery with lots of interesting pieces of art.

Simon Fraser University - Vancouver Campus is a one-minute walk, Fairleigh Dickinson University- Vancouver Campus is a four-minute drive, University Canada West is a two-minute walk, and Capilano University is a 14-minute drive. SB Howe St @ W Pender St bus station is three minutes away. Granville subway station is a five-minute walk and Burrard subway station is nine minutes away.
