About Yurong House - CBD
This student house is located in a vibrant neighbourhood surrounded by various transport links. Various universities are nearby, and other attractions like the Australian Museum, Harbourside Shopping Centre, St Mary's Cathedral and Art Gallery of New South Wales are a short ride away.
Yurong House Sydney student home has all-inclusive bills, 10GB/month Wi-Fi, on-site coin-operated laundry, and a communal lounge with a flat-screen TV. There is a communal kitchen with ovens and stovetops. All the communal areas are cleaned twice weekly.
*There is a one week deposit required upon booking and a 3 weeks bond. The bond is refundable by the end of the student's stay.
**Room cleaning service requires an extra A$85.

This single room features a comfy bed with under-bed storage, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and plenty of storage. The kitchen, living area, and bathroom are shared.
£116 / week
International students can pay fortnightly when they arrive. A 1-week rent is required in advance.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the following cancellation policy will apply:
1- Visa Denied: If a student visa is rejected or the visa centre remained closed.
2- Flight Cancellation: If the student flight is cancelled due to border closure
3- Delay of the university or education service provider: If the start date of the course has been postponed to a later date.
4- Travel Ban: If there is a travel ban in the student's country or Australia preventing the student from travelling as planned.
5- Medical Condition: In the unfortunate event that the student or his close family member fall sick.
If the student circumstances fall under any of the abovementioned categories, his tenancy agreement can be cancelled as long as he/she provides us with the following information
1- Written confirmation from the student that he/she wishes to cancel his/her booking.
2- Supporting official evidence from relevant authorities regarding the reason.
Supporting evidence should be provided more than 14 days prior to the start date of the tenancy and then the holding deposit and any initial payment will be refunded within 4 weeks.
If the evidence is not provided on time, the general cancellation policy will be applicable
- Any cancellations made 14 days or less prior to arrival will attract a penalty of one week’s accommodation fee (holding deposit).
- Upon application, the student pays the holding deposit. This is equal to the amount of one week rent. If the applicant decides to withdraw, the holding fee is not refundable.
