Weeden Lodge has high-speed Wi-Fi in its apartments, as well as in the common areas. It has free-of-charge bike storage available for all residents, as well as car parking. The premises have study spaces, common rooms, a courtyard, and an outdoor BBQ area. It also has a printing facility and an onsite service team that is there to help you around the clock. And for your safety and security, the premises has secure access to both the building itself, as well as to the apartments.

Situated just 14 minutes away on foot from the University of Canberra, getting Weeden Lodge as your student housing in Canberra is so convenient. Hop on a bus from any of the walk-distance away bus stops surrounding the premises, and you will be at Australian National University in under 10 minutes. And with the many restaurants, cafes, shops, and supermarkets surrounding the building; you will not have to go far for shopping or to grab something to eat.

The University of Canberra is a 14-minute walk away from the premises, while The Australian National University is 8 minutes away by car.
More than 4 bus stops surround the premises. Eastern Valley Way Bus Stn is just a 4-minute walk away, and Hennessy St at Osborne Pl is 5 minutes away. Others are all under 7-minutes walks away.

Cancellation Policy
No Visa No Pay Policy
Prior to the leasing agreement
If you were not successful in receiving a visa to study in Australia before the commencement of your lease start date, send a written email requesting cancellation. The email must be submitted to the property at which your booking is held within 24 hours of you receiving notification from the Department of Home Affairs, along with the email from the Department of Home Affairs advising your refusal notice to study in Australia. You will then be formally advised that your lease agreement will then be cancelled without penalty.
After the Leasing agreement
If you are cancelling after the commencement of your lease date due to not receiving a visa to study in Australia, we ask that you complete the following actions. Send a written email notification that you wish to terminate your lease. It must be submitted to the property at which your booking is held within 24 hours of you receiving notification from the Department of Home Affairs, along with the email from the Department of Home Affairs advising your refusal notice to study in Australia. The Property Manager will consider your request for the breaking of your lease and advise whether your request has been accepted.
The no visa, no pay policy only applies for the following UniLodge Properties: UniLodge @ Metro Adelaide, UniLodge South Bank, UniLodge Royal Melbourne, UniLodge Victoria University and UniLodge @ RMIT Bundoora - Walert House.
