My experience of The Bridge has been great, I’m so glad I chose to book here. The people who work here are all so friendly and helpful & any small problems I’ve had have been resolved quickly. It’s generally pretty quiet, which has been so good for zoom classes & studying from home. It’s in a lovely part of Newcastle too, close to some nice spots like Ernest/ Ernie.

Staff is doing really good job, being helpful and professional. Quality of life here is very high, rooms being very quiet, premises kept clean by their cleaning staff. Had some technical issues after last resident (broken kitchen tap), but they have been very responsive and fixed it in a few hours. Location is awesome with parks and shops nearby. Cinema room and a gym is just across the street, in their building Union Square and has very decent equipment, including boxing bag! Haven't tried their social spaces yet, but that is to be expected this mad year. I've been living at 3 different places here in Newcastle, so I can compare and I'd wholeheartedly recommend living with Nido as I only got good experience. ...Also, they got absolutely charming gal at the reception, so another big plus :)

A great place to live - very quiet, new, well kept. I'd love here again next year, but my friends and I went for a cheaper option. Otherwise totally worth it, especially as a first year experience when you're trying to find your place.

This company only care about money and not the happiness of their residents. Awful experience staying here.

My experience at Nido couldn’t have been any worse. Communication between the staff and the residents is terrible; with staff being rude, and very unwelcoming.
