ADVANCED Anticipated full payment for annual bookings -5% discount- One month deposit requested as a guarantee

Cancellation Policy

Before the check in:

-Confirmatory Deposit of Eur 250,00 paid for the booking confirmation is not refundable. For booking cancellations from 15th day before the arrival date, until the arrival date, the first month of rent will be charged as well.

After Check in:

-  Withdrawal and penalties

- The Customer has the right to withdraw from the Contract by written notice to be sent by registered letter to CampusX. The notice period is calculated from the day in which the registered letter is sent, and it must be of at least 180 (one hundred and eighty) days for annual contracts, 90 (ninety) days for 6 months contracts and for contract longer than 6 months, and 30 (thirty) days for contracts with a duration of less than six months.

- In case of early withdrawal from the contract, the Customer shall pay CampusX a penalty equal to:

- For stays shorter than 7 months, the cancellation penalty amounts to one monthly instalment of Accommodation Quota.

-  For stays longer than 7 months, the cancellation penalty amounts to two monthly instalments of the Accommodation Quota.

-The Customer shall also reimburse CampusX for the registration tax for the early termination of the Contract. If the Customer fails to comply with the notice period defined in article 4.1., the Accommodation Quota, as defined in the Contract, shall be paid for the entire period of notice that was not given.

- CampusX may use the penalties as specified in point 4.2 by withholding the related amount from the security deposit. In case the security deposit is not sufficient, CampusX will ask the Customer for the extra payment which must be made within 15 (fifteen) days.

WORST FACILITY IN ROME VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THEM SPECIALLY AT CORONA TIMES DONT CARE ABOUT ANYTHING DONT TRY TO HELP THE ECONOMIC DESTROYED COUNTRIES THAT FACING LOCKDOWN FOR OVER 5 MONTHS NOW DONT YOU TRY LIVE THERE NEVER AGAIN

Terrible service! Its an international student TRAP! They charge you for everything aside the absurd fee on rent, including a contract forge fee, a contract cancelation fee, electricity, annual cleaning and even for painting the walls of the room. I should also add, the cleaning is remarkably bad, and if you want to cancel the contract you will be charged an additional 25% of your stay for NO REASON but their greed. During the Covid period I paid for 6 months (the full amount 540 EUR for 4 of them and 400 EUR for the other 2) while being back in my home country not able to travel back to Rome. And let me tell you this, it is not close to any metro station and is far from the city centre and they charge you the amount that is charged for renting an apartment in better areas in Rome. Do not punish yourself by joining this campus, especially if you are looking for a long term allocation. The service is unbearably bad! They are rude! The deposit takes months to arrive after the contract is closed (mine still did not arrive). I have been a resident for 2 years, my advice will be save yourself and never even consider renting a room here.

Really bad! The service is always against you They just want your money Everybody start with that because it is easy and close, but everybody regret after!! You can make this mistake, but I am telling you it is really bad I have been there for 6 month, they did not fix any of my problems and just made me pay more The freezer was full of ice when I moved in, I told them that I need them to fix it - they asked for more money... For example, because of the corona I couldn't move to my new place, and I needed to stay for a week - and they took twice the price Watch out!!!! SCAM SCAM SCAM For any other disReviews, you can talk to me and I will let you talk with more unsatisfied sthdents **** They wrote on the comment that the fridge maintenance was free - but it was not And also, I did not asked to stay one more time after the corona Any way, just look at their comment, they are scared and need people to buy contracts You all can make this mistake! No bad place like this. I stayed there for three months in an unfurnished (Beds and kitchen utensils are not available) shared apartment, I paid: 630 per month + electricity (around 60 Euro) + Cleaning (35Eueo the day I moved in, 35 Euro the day I left) + Contract (50 Euro) + Washing (approx 20-25 per month) maintenance charge (things might be broken before you move in, still you might happen to pay). To mention that the apartment will Room heating may not work (they will say it's just a free service). Cooking gas/Oven/Microwave may not work (again they will say these are just free services). You might find things broken the day you move in, if you fail to report you will end up paying for it. Even if you file complain, they might never be repaired. In my apartment hair drier, door were never repaired, and microwave was replaced after a few complaints almost after two months. My apartment mate wanted to live single so he tried every mean to make me leave the apartment. I filed many complains, informed receptionists, security guard, the guy was sent emails, he started abusing me with his friends he specially invited for abusing only! Ultimately, I changed the apartment paying extra cleaning fee. There were many bad storied I faced, can't cover everything here!
