Evans Ave &amp; S University Blvd is a 6 minutes walk away.<h2> </h2>

Vista

As a student at the University of Denver, this one of the best options at this price point. I love the fact that campus is right across the street. There’s a lot of food options near by so location is really convenient. Although I got the smaller room in the 3 bedroom apartment, I do not think it’s too small for the price I pay. I also love that I was placed with other graduate students. The view is amazing since I do live on one of the higher floors. Although they provide black screens, the sunlight is still really bright especially during the afternoons when sun is in front of you. The kitchen is pretty small if there is more than one person using it at one time, especially in counter space. The refrigerator is a little small for 3 people, it’ll probably be better if there was a regular size fridge. Although I love the fact that there’s recycling here, sometimes I don’t even see the bins for it which is unfortunate cause I end up having to throw it in the trash bin. But other than that, living here has been pretty pleasant. The staff is really nice and welcoming.

I am really enjoying living at Vista so far. Everyone that works at Vista is very kind and welcoming. Maintenance requests are taken care of so quickly, which is awesome. It's pretty quiet, the views are beautiful with the floor to ceiling windows, and the bedrooms are super cozy. It feels safe here too which is a huge plus! The kitchen area is a little small, but it's doable. It's nice that they put on a lot of resident events too! :)

It is close to the University of Denver - perfect for the university students like me. Vista apartments are furnished  with everything you may need for student life. I just added some of the decorative elements to my room (like mirror, lamps, bedding). The unit also has study rooms, a gym,  and a printing/computer office, which are essential for students living here. Vista provides great community events, postal and maintenance services. The staff here is extremely friendly and supportive - they genuinely want to help you and make your experience worthwhile at Vista.

An honest review from an International student. The view from my room is just amazing! I think if you include premium view while leasing then definitely you won't regret it - I always work from home just because of the relaxing view. I leased a big room in a 3 bedroom apartment - the room is spacious but the layout is weird so you can't really benefit from that additional space. The furniture is a bit old (my bed squeaks a lot even after maintenance tightened the bed frame) but I like the sofa in the living room it's super comfy. Roommate matching is amazing! I absolutely LOVE my roommates because honestly vista made sure to match me with graduate students and I consider these girls as family! On another note, the kitchen is quite small and we don't have much counter space to prepare or store food - also I had to buy a mini fridge because of how small the fridge is. We also bought extra storage space (attached photo). The staff at vista are amazing and super friendly!! Vista's location is perfect if you attend DU. The campus is literally across the street and the complex is surrounded by great restaurants!!

The Vista Apartments are such an incredible way to meet people when moving to Denver! It’s a mix of undergraduate and graduate students, and a mix of other adults. With fun events, an amazing front desk service, and great security—it’s a wonderful place to live. The only downfall would be lack of parking, but there’s many options for lots near the apartment building!
