Staff is great and extremely attentive! I was skeptical about moving here due to the location not being in the safest area, but after speaking to the staff and personally meeting some of the security, I definitely feel more at ease and assured. All of the staff is so kind and compassionate. I cannot stress how great they are!

All in all, it's been a wonderful experience since I moved here. Staffs are informative and friendly. I haven't had any problems or issues with the apartment/room. It's great and I'm loving it.

I really appreciated all the customer service I received from the tour all the through to the move in. Everyone has truly been so nice and welcoming and always there to answer questions.

Building two is absolutely disgusting. major cockroach infestation that management has failed to take care of. The complex was never clean trash everywhere. At one point there was a used puppy pee pad and human waste that sat in the hallway for over a week. Some of the office staff are clearly undertrained. Our apartment u it had not been cleaned on move in and we found a pile of dead roaches and an air filter caked in dust in our closet. They get one star because Joseph Siy actually helped during the time we were there. If you have to deal with this apartment in any way ask for Joseph

This is the most worst place to live in Las Vegas the some of the staff is rude and the maintenance mans are not friendly at all they act like stuff breaking down is your fault and when they "fix" something something else is always broken in the process. I have strokes if I get overheated and my ac has been broken for months I was told that it didn't need to be fixed right then and there and to just open a window its still broken and it been a steady 103 in my apartment. I can't wait to move!
