Castle Court Cambridge student home is a studio-only property that appreciates your needs for privacy and quality time to study. Here you will have two different types of studios to choose from. You will share the overall residence with students who you could get to know better in the communal area. The cinema room in the property has gaming chairs and a PS4 console.
This accommodation has all-inclusive bills, bike storage, gym, regular cleaning services, free Wi-Fi, 24 hours security, big communal lounges, study zones, cinema room, a limited amount of electric bikes free of charge, communal lounge, parcel collection and delivery services, paid laundry facilities, communal games room, steam room, and TVs in all rooms. Bin collection services are also available. Upon check-in, you will receive a free kitchen and bed starter pack.

Should a student’s VISA be declined and they are denied entry into the United Kingdom, they will be released from the license agreement as long as they are able to provide written proof prior to the start of the license agreement.
No University Place
Should a student’s place at the university be declined and they are denied studying at the university in the United Kingdom, they will be released from the license agreement as long as they are able to provide written proof prior to the start of the license agreement. In case of a delayed university academic year, the student can defer the start date and delay it to the new one.
Should a student be unable to arrive due to the COVID-19 virus, this could be due to the enforced travel ban or the possibility of contracting the virus by showing symptoms; they will be released from the license agreement as long as they advise us prior to the start of the license agreement.
*A £50 transfer fees will be deducted from the initial payment in some of the previously mentioned cases.
