Payment
Paying in instalments for international students requires a UK guarantor.
England & Wales
Students will be required to pay a £100 “Reservation Rent” to secure their room. This will go towards their first rental payment

Students will be required to pay a £100 “Reservation Fee” to secure their room.

They will also be charged an additional £150 (£250.00 total) the two amount totalling of £250.00 is refundable providing the room state is satisfactory.
Spain
You can pay by Instalments:
- If you have a Guarantor with demonstrable Spanish Residence
- If you do not have a Guarantor – Increase your deposit in 750€ (Together with the 250€ from the reservation fee = 1000€ deposit refundable at the end of the stay). Please contact Marina Real if you choose this option.
Cancellation Policy
You will have 15 days from making your booking to sign the Tenancy Agreement. The Reservation Rent is fully refundable if you cancel your booking within this period.
