---booking requirements-- minimum stay is 1 month, maximum stay is 12 months annual, 1 month deduction for stays of 1 to 3 months, 2 regular stay fees of more than 1 year. The fee needs to be paid during check-in, or the property will now be open to other clients. The rent will be charged out on a monthly basis for long visits. The rent of the first month and deposit must be paid in full before lease commences. The tenant must sign the contract before continuing with the loan, and recognize the terms and conditions of the facility.
